22ThingsMyChildrenHaveTaughtMe

MISSion Amy K.R. got my attention with this week’s lesson: Let’s learn a Little something from our kids. She created a video called ”22 Things My Children Have Taught Me.” which inspired me immediately jump on the bandwagon and make one of my own. It certainly pulled me out of my funk, and it was so great watching the children watch it. They loved it, which is not always the case when it comes to my little projects. *COUGH*

First, Miss Amy’s video.

Now, mine!

Let’s see yours! Or leave a few lessons learned in the comments.

ARRRGH Youtube won’t let me choose my own music. Wah. I had “Loves Me Like A Rock,” but will have to go with “Someday, Someway” instead. Bah.

It’s giving me the ol’ shaft, aka, telling me the video is private and I’m not allowed to view it. Is this because I’m in Communist Russia I mean Bucharest?

AWESOME!  So stealing…ahem…I mean, borrowing this idea…although, it may take me a while, a couple of bottles of bleach and perhaps a micro-facelift, or twenty ;)

This is wonderful! Two of the best things I’ve learned from my young daughter: You don’t need the music if the tune is in your head. And there’s no such thing as too much ketchup (or stickers).

Beautiful post!

I love the quote “If you put a lot of time and effort into something you love, you will always find success because you will know, deep down in your soul, you gave it everything you had.”

I recently realized my purpose in life is to help people grow through my writing. I may not have all the answers but I know if I continuing living my life purpose everything will be ok.

I also enjoyed ” Be curious and keep learning”

The day we stop learning is the day we die. We must continually look to expand our knowledge and immerse ourself in different perspectives. If we don’t we will never truly live.

I’m glad your children were able to teach you so many valuable lessons!
