BedtimeFAIL

Bedtime FAIL. Went to turn off boys’ lights but they weren’t in their beds. They were in mine. How am I supposed to carry all that down the hall? Will either sneak in with Daphne (too may stuffed animals) or sleep in one of the twin beds. Or the couch.

Oh, how lovely that is!  But man, you must be exhausted if that happens several times a week?

I get really cranky if my 7 yr old even takes a look at my bed, but then what can you do when you get “mum, can I stay with you tonight?”  What can you indeed!

We had this game where they would lay on their tummies and “Archibald the Ant” would go walking starting with their toes all the way to their heads. We’d name parts of their bodies, like the back of the knee was knee-knob hill, the butt was sponge-butt mountain, the back was the out-back desert, etc. I’d tickle them at all the stops Archibald made. They couldn’t wait till bedtime! I absolutely hate that they’ve outgrown that now!!!! Can’t wait till the grandkids!Home Elegance Furniture
