That's what I need. Both Dylan and Daphne are home sick and neither has had the courtesy to develop laryngitis. Talk talk talk, question question question, bicker bicker bicker. My brain is fried and I keep reading and thinking the same things over and over and I still don't fully understanding what I'm reading. Especially with Dylan and Daphne screaming at each other and playing Perfection. Every time that timer goes off and the pieces go flying, I jump in my chair.

Damn the Motrin. They were much more manageable when they wanted to stay under the covers and felt miserable. Now they're all perky and playing "Answer me these questions three" à la Monty Python.

And, lucky me, they have early dismissal for the next eight days while Parent-Teacher conferences are happening.

Oh, God, Dylan just brought me a bottle of wine with a red wax seal holding a string that goes around the neck and hangs down the front. When he puts his sunglasses on it, it looks like a guy with a goatee and a funny hat. Dear sweet baby Jesus in a snow-globe.
