I NEVER cook dinner without a glass of wine next to me. I really don’t like to cook so maybe it’s just a coping mechanism but it feels like a guilty pleasure. I need to be enjoying something while I cook. Damn, I have to go cook dinner now. But tonight’s dinner has wine in it so I have to open a bottle and if it’s open I might just as well drink some, right? RIGHT??

Totally with you on the seeing movies alone, Mindy!
That’s how I got my Brendan Fraser hunk fix last summer. Three movies! Thank you! (we’re talking crush sighs here, not quality of the movies). I don’t even think I told my husband. Everyone was *out* asleep in bed so I would sneak out and catch the last showing at our local theatre.
It’s also how I saw Coraline. LOVED that movie, but no one to go see it with.
I missed Brendan’s movie in January—who knew they’d massacre Inkheart so badly that it would disappear before I could sneak out & see it?
I don’t do the snackage .. at the movie theatre that is. I do that at home. Or out, when I can save up for it. *sigh*

Oh, and you want to talk boring? My other GP is to sling the kids in childcare at our gym so I can sit in the steam room as long as or longer than I actually workout.
BETTER than the Calgon Guy ... and they clean up the bathroom after, not me!
